    Insight Global's client is looking for a Digital Program Manager to join their team for an 8-month contract while a current employee is on leave. This Program manager will be a part of their operations team that is focused on delivering restaurant management platforms. This role would be supporting our vision by generating value through Tracks, which is our clients back of house system, supporting managers with labor optimization tools and product management and food costing solutions, supported by AI/ML. Tracks aims to provide a seamless and engaging user experience, while also enabling efficiency and productivity in our stores.

    Skills and Requirements

    We are seeking a passionate, driven, commercial and tech-savvy lead to be a key part of delivering our Technology seamlessly into our restaurants, driving optimized restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess both a business and technical background that enables them to influence and engage senior leaders as well as key stakeholders in Engineering and Product. The candidate will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who has a track record of systems-level problem solving and developing successful plans to execute in a fast-paced environment. They should have very strong communication and presentation skills. Partnering with global in-house Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics and Delivery teams, the position is the "voice of customer", advocating ideas that drive customer, Franchisees (FZees) and Business Market Unit (BMU) value for the markets implementing our technology solutions. null
