    Ultimately accountable for:

    Delivering quality marketing services to clients in the most efficient way possible.

    What does success look like?

    Satisfied clients (optimized timelines, quality of deliverables and service)

    Associate satisfaction (work matches skillset, transparency of work, reasonable workload/space to work)

    Key responsibilities:

    • High level resource planning and strategic resource decision-making

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational and change management initiatives to streamline delivery

    • Identify, develop and implement new systems, processes and protocols that enable efficient, consistent and seamless service delivery across the organization and - ultimately - to clients.

    • Work closely with project and account managers in overseeing budgets, utilization, and other agency KPI's

    • Strategic input to organizational planning

    • Reporting to agency leadership

    • Oversee operational functions including project management, traffic, production

    • Manage relationship, budget and oversight of 3rd party vendors

    • Recruit to and promote a culture that encourages top performance

    Education/Previous Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a related field; MBA preferred.

    • At least five (5) years of leadership experience.
