W almart Omnichannel Platform and Compliance (OPC) is seeking an outstanding Director of Global Marketplace Compliance . The perfect candidate will possess intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, strategic problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and self-motivation, backed by a robust background in compliance and some technology experience . You will work closely with legal and compliance subject matter experts to develop, manage and implement a strategy for meeting the business objectives compliantly . The Director of Global Marketplace Compliance plays an essential role of ensuring regulatory compliance is satisfied as the Walmart business expands its presence within the Global Marketplace.

What you'll do ...

• Partner with the business to deliver a gainst global marketplace initiatives

• Coordinate across Compliance and Legal to execute ensure global marketplace initiatives meet regulatory and legal requirements

• Develop and implement a strategy that ensures that the business initiatives satisf y the pillars of a n effective compliance program

• Collaborate with Walmart Technology and Compliance subject matter experts to implement technology necessary for an effective compliance program

• Draft policies and standards that define process and control guidelines necessary to implement compliant global marketplace initiatives

• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of candor, mutual trust, and shared vision, and consistently achieving exceptional results

• Identify potential risks and communicate them to leadership promptly.

• Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Effective communication with the ability to interact with senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders

• Experience building cross-functional teams within a corporate environment

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a large scale, complex organization

• Project management expertise

• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Proficiency using technology to implement effective compliance programs

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

?

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience. 4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
