    SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a DoDIN Operations Network Support Branch Manager at Fort Huachuca, AZ in support of a large, mission-critical IT services and support program with continuous (24x7) operations. The DoDIN Operations Network Support Branch Manager reports to the DoDIN Operations Division Manager and is responsible for all DNS, Proxy, LAN, Network Tools, SMT, and Infrastructure, technical requirements and SLAs associated with the mission.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Develops client/server system strategy and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy.

    • Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management.

    • Assists the DoDIN OPS Division mission to ensure performance and compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

    • Contributes to the service, performance, and security posture of all devices managed by assuring they are fully mission capable by integrating with monitoring capabilities, through contractor developed processes and/or manual procedures.

    • Contributes to the development, documentation, and sustainment management methods for device maintenance to sustain mission.

    • Assesses new services, technologies, software tools, and network devices that may improve abilities to proactively monitor performance, remediate concerns, and offer recommendations for improvement.

    • Maintains Continual Process Improvement (CPI) / Continual Service Improvement (CSI) to improve the overall quality of services delivered.

    • Supports DCO requirements by providing support services for the protection, monitoring, analysis, detection, and response to unauthorized activity within the DoD Information Systems and Networks.

    • Follows ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes. Develops and/or maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

    • Participates in special projects as required.

    • Collaborates with Government Technical Managers, fellow Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs and Leadership.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Active in scope Top Secret/SCI clearance

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science, or relevant discipline AND eight (8) years' experience (Master's Degree preferred)

    • Experience substitution in lieu of education: Associate degree + 10 years' experience OR High School Diploma + 12 years' experience.

    • IAT-II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) or higher is required

    • CSSP-IS Certification

    • ITIL foundation certification

    • Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army

    • Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and Risk Management Framework (RMF)

    • Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Organizational Management, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

    • IAM Level II Certification (CAP, CASP+ CE, CCISO, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), or GSLC) preferred

    • ITIL v4 certification

    • PMP Certification

    • 3-5 years or more of supervisory experience

    • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

    • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

    • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
