    We're seeking energetic, self-driven customer-obsessed Early Risers eager to ensure J. Smith Enterprises customers receive stellar service at each of our 10 McDonald's Restaurant locations at all times. The ideal candidate will be committed and will possess a servant's heart to maintain a standard of excellence during the hours when many are resting.

    So what does a member of our Crew Team get to do??

    • Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience

    • Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

    All you'll need

    is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
