Engineering Interface Manager

Candidate must have 5-10 years of demonstrated experience working as an Interface Manager. Responsible for coordinating and resolving both technical and administrative functions among several entities - multiple EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, fabrication facilities, and the client.

Job Description

Candidate has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with all engineering disciplines, procurement, scheduling, construction/commissioning and the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.

Possesses knowledge of the respective industry including Petrochemicals, Refining, Chemicals, LNG, Energy Transition etc. ranging in scope from pre-FEED, FEED to EPCM. Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects.

Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering degree preferred.

• A minimum of ten (10) years related experience, with average experience of 15-20 years.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team.

• Willingness to travel to project sites, if necessary.

Skills

• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.

• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in using standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
