Engineering Manager

• The Product Engineering Manager will be a person who performs with a professional, positive, and energetic demeanor who leads in an environment of mutual respect. This position requires 3-6+ years’ experience leading a small team and 5+ years of experience in an active engineering discipline in a production environment. This company works 4 10-hour days and has off every Friday! Must haves:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean improvements (root cause/CAPA)
• Experience creating work instructions/BOMs/ECRs/ECNs
• Ability to work in a research & development environment; researching new materials and advancing products per customer specifications through full production

• Creating project timelines and budgets Additional Skills & Qualifications:
