    The Factory Materials Master Data and Procurement team is responsible for providing and supporting enterprise procurement and master data solutions to the factory enablement domain which includes construction, factory equipment and factory direct, indirect and spare materials. Our dynamic team is looking for a Product Owner to help coordinate the delivery of the equipment configuration management tool which will be the enterprise source of record for all factory equipment master data and bill of materials to optimize planning and procurement across Intel factories.

    This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

    • Work closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design, and delivery capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes and deliver expected business value

    • Partner with Solution and Business Architects to build out a detailed, enterprise design leveraging enterprise solutions

    • Translate the business challenges into technical solutions and provide guidance to implementation team for full lifecycle implementation

    • Work with the Delivery Team and Scrum Master to define the execution through Agile practices and build an exceptional product

    • Clearly expressing Product Backlog items; ordering the items to best achieve goals and missions; calculating, measuring, and tracking business value; optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs; ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Delivery Team will work on next; and ensuring the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed

    • Work across business and IT boundaries, ensure an inclusive and collaborative work environment

    • Provide direction and goals to the group and interact with stakeholders both internal and external

    • Partner with enterprise vendor(s) such as SAP and PTC to align and recommended design and implementation options

    Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications

    The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems or other Engineering related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems or other Engineering related field and 4+ years of experience in:

    • Windchill 12.1.2 and above (modules to include supplier management, pdmlink, partslink, projectlink)

    • Product owner or project/program management

    • Agile Persistent Teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes

    • Business Process Modeling Skills

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $116,819.00-$175,333.00

    *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

    Working Model

    This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
