    As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting company executives, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative tasks, travel coordination, and leveraging Salesforce for efficient workflow management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administrative Coordination: Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures for executives, committees, and boards of directors.

    • Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports, preparing summary briefs and reports for executives.

    • Prepare agendas and arrange meetings for committees, boards, and other key stakeholders.

    • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.

    • Assist in analyzing complex issues and recommending courses of action.

    • Liaison and Communication: Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and other organizations on behalf of executives to discuss issues and assess potential actions.

    • Collaborate with departmental and corporate officials, as well as external associations.

    • Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for multiple executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

    • Assist with travel documentation, such as visa applications and travel claims.

    • Salesforce Utilization: Leverage Salesforce for efficient data management, reporting, and workflow optimization.

    • Maintain accurate records and assist executives in utilizing Salesforce features effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

    • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

    • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
