    The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Design Build group is looking for Experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Design Build Data Analytics team in Tukwila, WA.

    As a Business Intelligence Analyst within Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) will be responsible for designing Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives. Engage with vendors to assess current and new technology. Combine programming, SQL skills, best practices, strategic decision-making capabilities and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes.

    We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights and solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    This position may require availability for 10% domestic travel.

    • Ability to control and deliver project deliverables, project accounting and appraisal, and optimize the contribution of the people involved

    • Knowledge of customer's/supplier's organization, processes, policies and procedures, products, requirements, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, constraints, etc

    • Knowledge of the concepts and processes of managing a software system throughout the entire life cycle

    • Works under general supervision

    This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 5+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or other visualization tools

    • 5+ years of experience with data analysis algorithms (e.g. data mining, statistics, visual analytics, classification, regression, clustering, sentiment analysis)

    • 5+ years of experience with Data Engineering and/or Software Development

    • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing, maintaining, and debugging complex stored procedures using T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio

    • Experience using a variety of techniques and tools to analyze the data stored in databases, data warehouses and/or data marts

    • Experience working with data in relational databases and/or cloud environments?

    • Experience in Agile Software and Product Development

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Experience in data analytics and creating visualizations using data analytics tools such as Power Business Intelligence (BI), Adobe Analytics

    • Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)/ Extensible Markup Language (XML), or JAVA

    • Experience leveraging Toad Data Point, Meta Manager, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Big Query, Dataiku, and SSIS

    • Experience coding in Python, Java, or R

    • Experience in the Aerospace/Manufacturing/Engineering or Information Technology (IT) industry

    • Experience with communication & collaboration skills

    • Experience leading large cross functional teams/projects involving standardization

    • Experience expressing complex technical concepts, both verbally and in writing, in an effective and understandable manner regardless of audience expertise level

    • Experience understanding and anticipating stakeholder requirements

    • Experience working in a team environment

    • Experience interacting effectively with team members from non-technical disciplines

    • Ability to create/improve processes and procedures to increase efficiencies

    • Ability to operate with a strategic mindset and tactical execution

    • Experience in ETL (extract-transform-load)

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
