    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Supplier Quality Representative to join the team based out of Everett, Washington .

    The BCA Supplier Quality organization oversees the suppliers' QMS, evaluates product quality improvement plans, and drives cross-functional joint efforts in the right direction . Our role responsibility is based on FAA FAR's, down through the Boeing Production Certificate, our QMS and our contracts with our suppliers, to ensure that all of our products meet our type designs and gets there with proper compliance.

    While successful applicants will be required to move to any of the above locations, our team members can enjoy and meet the challenges of working remotely, with the requirements to travel up to 75% of the time. Our team members recognize and appreciate the autonomy, trust and judgment granted to them to ensure the oversight of our suppliers. A personal vehicle is required for company business; Boeing will be reimbursed at the mileage rate per applicable company policy.

    Position Responsibilities :

    • Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products.

    • Documents and reports audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements.

    • Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work.

    • Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.

    • Resolves routine issues and concerns.

    This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at supplier assignments in the region.

    This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Capable of traveling up to 75% of the time.

    • 3+ years of experience performing analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to a Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements and/or government regulations.

    • 3+ years' experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • 3+ years' experience conducting/leading QMS Audits.

    • 2+ years' experience with project leadership leading cross-functional teams.

    • Experience with the application of improvement methodologies such as (Lean, Theory of Constraints and/or Six Sigma) to achieve measurable results.

    • Proficient in MS Office tool suite and project management software tools.

    • Working knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as FMEA, control plans, SPC and MSA.

    • Leading or co-leading control builds or process validation builds.

    • Experience with mixed technologies - machining, fabrication and assembly, electronics assembly, etc.

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Experienced (Level 3) : Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Senior (Level 4): Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Summary pay range

    Experienced (Level 3): $94,350 - $122,100

    Senior (Level 4): $109,650 - $141,900
