salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

? Start up and shut down the machine properly, to ensure the production of the

highest quality finished product

? Set up and operate the equipment for various products

? Safely and efficiently produce product on assigned production area

? Housekeeping throughout assigned shift to ensure an orderly and safe

environment.

? Physical and visual inspection of product is required to prevent non-conforming

goods. Promptly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members.

? Maintains appropriate level of production supplies/ materials as required, to

ensure next shift operators incur minimal downtime.

? Continuously monitor machine operation to ensure accurate product

measurements and quality are being maintained.

? Meets or exceeds production rates, minimize waste levels and meets all

customer requirements.

? Sets up and adjusts rewinders.

? Neatly palletizes skids with finished product.

? Enters production reporting data into machine computer accurately.

? Separates scrap into appropriate film-type gaylord.

? Operates core cutting machine, vacuum lift, and pallet jack.

? Assist on or operate other converting or manufacturing equipment and perform

preventative maintenance within the plant as assigned

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
