Facilities Maintenance Technician

This is a long term extending contract. Facilities are located across the San Diego area.

Job Description

• Conduct daily site walkthrough to validate that work orders are completed, while generating new work orders as requested or deemed necessary.

• Travel between San Diego sites and additional sites upon manager request.

• Assist with daily inspection of facilities to ensure that the building is kept at a high level of maintenance.

• Participate in the creation of new maintenance programs or improve existing maintenance programs

• Ensure that all vendors and visitors receive the appropriate badges via the system and clearance to enter all spaces within the site. Provide vendor escorts, as needed.

• Conduct inspections of rooms daily and record temperature readings and if necessary and report it up for corrective measures.

• Perform other duties as required to support the operational effectiveness and efficiencies of the site.
