Overview

CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice in Council Bluffs, Iowa. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.

Responsibilities

Practice Highlights

• Outpatient only

• Clinic in Council Bluffs, Iowa

• Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week

• Average of 20-24 patient visits per day

• 4 or 4 1/2 day work week

• Flexible, independent practice style

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care highly desired

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program

• Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization

• Iowa License required

• Iowa DEA required

• BLS

Pay Range

$53.80 - $62.77/hour
