    As a Family Therapist at VPI, you will work closely with youth, their families, and the clinical team to provide essential support and therapy.

    • Provide family therapy tailored to the needs of assigned youth.
    • Collaborate as a member of an integrated clinical team.
    • Assist parents in understanding and responding to youth through a trauma-informed lens.
    • Participate in permanency and discharge planning.
    • Maintain confidentiality of information within the VPI program.
    • Attend weekly clinical team meetings and pursue professional growth opportunities.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    Requirements:
    • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
    • Experience working with traumatized children and/or adolescents.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Valid driver's license preferred and must be 21+ years of age.
    • Authorized to work in the United States.
