A prominent Manufacturer in the PA area is seeking a Traveling Field Service Technician to add to their team due to growing operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The position comes with competitve pay and a comprehensive benefit package. All travel is paid for while on the job.

responsibilities

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, inspect, and service all production equipment

• Provide technical support for customer related failures, breakdowns and problems

• Ensure all service-related records, including customer calls and emails are documented in Sales Force

• Customer Service and Production Support

• Work with clients to ensure ongoing awareness of technicians' activities and equipment status while on site

• Support the sales teams with customer quotes and technical questions

• 90% Travel to locations each week (Same location that Week) - Must be willing to travel
