Finance Manager

Description

An award-winning skincare and beauty company based in New York City is seeking a Finance Manager to support the organization's rapid growth. By joining the team as the Finance Manager, your goal will be to improve visibility of performance and work cross functionally to enhance processes. Working directly with the CFO, the Finance Manager will work with the parent company to implement strategic initiatives. In addition, this role will be tasked with financial analysis surrounding supply chain related costs and gross margin, while providing variance analysis to identify areas of opportunity. Requirements

-BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, related field

-5+ years of experience in finance, CPG experience required

-Excellent oral and written communication skills
