    In this position...

    Consider joining Ford as Finance Program Manager within our .com portfolio management team. This role is responsible for the management of our annual budget, forecast and financial reporting. The Program Manager will help coordinate allocation of funds, reconciliation of actual and planned spend, in addition to partnering with leaders in our organization to onboard growth accelerating partners. It will be critical this team member shows entrepreneurial thought leadership, proactive communication and creative problem-solving skills to ensure the portfolio delivers within budget.

    This is a hybrid opportunity in our Wagner West location and the team normally is onsite 1-2 days/ week.

    What you'll do...

    • Daily management of all budget related tasks and activities including but not limited to budget allocation and reconciliation

    • Monthly review of planned and actual spend with senior team leads

    • Act as liason between our organization, finance planning, sourcing and purchasing

    • As needed assist in new process creation and roll-out for finance related items with in our team

    • Provide guidance to teams on how to request budget and follow purchasing processes

    • Manage headcount forecasting

    • Manage monthly expense forecasting

    • Facilitate the demand management process for our team

    • Lead year end scoping initiatives

    • Ensure any and all financial risks are escalated to leadership

    You'll have....

    • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience

    • 5 + years of business finance experience working in a fast-paced, environment where priorities shift on a regular basis

    • 4+ years of Excel experience with responsibilities including budgeting, finance, reconciliation, and forecasting.

    Even better, you may have...

    • Master's Degree

    • Demonstrable ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline

    • Agency experience highly preferred

    • Experience with automotive related finance practices

    • Ability to work both independently and multi-functionally to achieve desired results
