Job Description:

The vacancy supports the Office of the Deputy Undersecretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, Armaments Cooperation Division, in its mission to develop and enhance international relationships through strategic cooperative partnerships that leverage global expertise and resources to improve U.S. and partner defense capability, capacity, and interoperability.

What you will be doing:

• The Foreign Comparative Test (FCT) manager identifies foreign non-developmental equipment to be tested to meet USAF requirements.

• The FCT manager will travel several times a year to air shows or industry visits to source potential products for FCT proposals, liaise with USAF programs to determine which capabilities meet USAF and program needs, and oversee the proposal process to request FCT funds from OSD.

• The incumbent will aid in the tracking of programmatic and financial execution of OSD approved FCT projects, reconcile financial execution data, review program office quarterly reports for accuracy and consolidate information provided to OSD to support oversight and Congressional reporting requirements.

• They will also assist in developing and presenting periodic status reports, briefings, point papers, and draft official correspondence for SAF/IAPC approval, and reconcile field, headquarters, and OSD financial execution information.

Required:

• Experience in USAF program management and testing.

• BS degree

• Active TS Security Clearance

Desired:

• PMP Certification

• Masters preferred

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret

Salary Range

$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
