    Responsibilities:

    • Shall support publication of the counterintelligence (CI) and human intelligence (HUMINT) operating directives

    • Shall provide feedback to CI production assessments and CI operational and collection activity assessments

    • Shall attend Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Targeting Review Board (1 (one) per month) and at the conclusion of each meeting, shall provide government leadership with written feedback for an executive summary

    • Shall support the Army CI support to research, development, and acquisition (CIRDA) with quarterly and annual collection assessments against tasked intelligence collection requirements

    • Shall support the Army Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCIP) Program and critical infrastructure risk management (CIRM) related collection with quarterly and annual collection assessments against tasked intelligence collection requirements

    • Shall provide subject matter expertise to INSCOM senior leaders on CI collection management, including attending the monthly Collection Management Targeting Board (CMTB)

    • Shall provide Government leadership with an executive summary of the CMTB, particularly focused on CI equities

    • Shall provide products resulting from tasked intelligence collection gap analysis

    • Shall support the publication of HUMINT Operating Directives

    • Shall provide feedback on the prioritization of HUMINT collection requirements taskings, HUMINT operations in support of Army HUMINT operations cell (AHOC), procedure 10 and source production reviews

    • Shall develop army HUMINT collection activity assessments and annual army collection program reviews

    • Shall attend operational update of an INSCOM major subordinate command weekly

    • Shall identify opportunities to collect data related to identity intelligence (I2) and open source (OSINT) and ensure that these requirements are inputted and sourced within various management systems

    • Shall analyze existing efforts and prepare a monthly report on I2 and OSINT collection strategies that support INSCOM-directed efforts

    • Shall identify, validate, and task CI & HUMINT collection requirements to support focus and prioritization efforts

    • Shall coordinate intelligence collection requirement nominations across the army enterprise

    • Shall attend working groups related to Department of defense (DoD) collection management reporting requirements, and evaluations (1 (one) per week)

    • Shall develop and update army CI & HUMINT collection capability statements (1 (one per week)

    • Shall conduct assessment of CI & HUMINT reporting against validated operational requirements

    • Shall maintain the Army Source Registry, including coordinating account access and

    • providing technical support to INSCOM Major Subordinate Commands

    • Shall execute checks within the Army Source Registry, as directed by policy

    • Shall support the development of army operations and source management policy,

    • guidance, and procedures

    • Shall issue and maintain the Army Field Reporter (FRN) database, as directed by policy

    • Shall support AHOC's Source Validation Boards with Source Production Reviews

    Requirements:

    • Must be a graduate of any of the following military department intelligence certifying courses:

    • Army (Officer) - Military Intelligence Captains Career Course Or Service Equivalent

    • Army (Warrant)- 350F Course or Service Equivalent

    • Army - 35F Course or Service Equivalent

    • Senior Leaders Course and/or Additional Skill Identifiers in an intelligence field are desired.

    • Minimum of 8 years' combined experience in the following fields:

    • Collection Management (3 years or more)

    • All-Source Analysis (3 years or more)

    • Must possess an understanding of Intelligence Cycle

    • Must possess an understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the military decision-making process (MDMP)

    • Must be familiar with collection management systems

    Desired:

    • Additional skill identifiers in an intelligence field are desired

    • Completion of Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education and/or additional skill identifiers in an intelligence field are desired

    • Completion of Senior Leaders Course and/or additional skill Identifiers in an intelligence field are desired

    CONUS and OCONUS travel will be required
