    Role Statement

    To perform excellent customer service and stocking the areas of the Seasonal/Lawn and Garden Department, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.

    Location

    This position will be performed onsite at our store. Remote work is not available for this role.

    Outcomes for Success

    • Maintain knowledge of products and using this knowledge to assist and educate customers
    • Maintain a clean and organized department
    • Merchandise, stock, and assemble merchandise
    • Give consistent quality customer service ensuring a successful shopping experience
    • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and load-outs
    • Delivering a positive customer shopping experience
    • May perform other duties as assigned.

    Wages

    Starting wages will be based on years of experience and education.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Prior Retail experience preferred
    • High School diploma or GED

    Physical Requirements

    • Occasional reaching-extending the hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
    • Frequent use of hands/fingers to handle or feel (operate, active, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position)
    • See (Detect, identify, observe)
    • Talk/hear; Writing, reading, speaking and understanding English
    • Occasional lifting up to 20-35 lbs.

    Compensation details: 16.28-24.75 Hourly Wage
