Description:

· Adheres meticulously to all safety policies and procedures.

· Follows rigorously pre-established installation and quality methods, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the uniformity of work.

· Reads order-specific job travelers and/or engineered drawings with precision to ensure each order aligns with specifications.

· Utilizes various hand tools, bending machines, and rolling machines to expertly fabricate wall and door sections.

· Completes all assigned job duties within specified time constraints.

· Actively engages in cross-training across various job responsibilities.

· Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.

· Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement, striving to enhance the efficiency of job duties and workflow.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Possesses keen visual judgment to identify errors and defects.

· Proficient in accurately reading a tape measure.

· Demonstrates the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.

· Adaptable to a fast-paced, multifunctional, team-oriented work environment.

· Capable of working M-F 6a-4:30p
