Genesys Developer

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a senior level engineer with Genesys experience and strong communication and collaboration skills to bring our organization from near-scratch to live with the Genesys platform. This individual will be part of a dedicated team to build out the initial strategy, implementation, and rollout, as well as internal team/engineer knowledge building, and a roadmap for future possibilities with Genesys.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science

- 5+ Years experience with Genesys platform, experience building from scratch preferred

- 5-6 years' experience in software engineering

o Java, Typescript, Javascript

- Proficient in Python Programming

- 2+ years of AWS knowledge

- Strong test automation, pipeline automation, and unit test coverage experience - Familiarity with Avaya

- Experience being apart of a full Genesys implementation null
