Glass Engineer

Day to Day

Insight Global is looking for a Glass Engineer to join one of our automotive clients in the metro Detroit area.

Responsibilities in this role include

* Assisting with applications and design in relation to glass

* Writing purchase orders

* Working cross functionally with other teams within final assembly

* Traveling to different suppliers within North America

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

* 5+ years of experience working with glass

* 5+ years of experience working within the automotive industry

* 3D CAD systems experience and teamcenter

* Experience using Ariba null
