    Serve as a Global Clinical Leader for Premium CT product development programs, including next generation CT (photon counting CT). Become an internal advocate for customers on how to best design the functionality and workflow of future premium CT scanners and applications. Provide clinical guidance to engineering team to resolve existing customers issues, improve product quality and customer experience, and influence on the future workflow and feature design decisions. Help the commercial and marketing team to highlight the clinical capabilities of GE premium CT scanner and application with clinical image gallery, case studies and user testimonials. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Serve as clinical lead, a core team member for New Product Introduction (NPI) program on premium CT scanner that includes clinical applications in neurology, cardiovascular, oncology, and pulmonology.

    • Translate user clinical needs to engineer features, and provide clinical guidance for engineers to ensure optimal design decisions that can maximize user benefits in image quality, radiation dose management, workflow, protocols and clinical applications.

    • Test and validate product in product development cycle to ensure high quality products before the final release.

    • Own and produce technical, clinical and program documents that are required in NPI milestone deliverables.

    • In NPI clinical evaluation, provide support and training to evaluation sites and acquire feedback from the sites to improve the product. .

    • Become internal advocate for customer satisfaction. Actively participate in customer complaints (CSO) management, to provide mitigation and workarounds wherever possible, and to create System Problem Report (SPR) and influence SPR fix prioritization and timing.

    • Establish strong connection with engineer teams in AW, digital applications, and fleet management, to fully understand their roadmap and ensure a successful wing-to-wing user workflow for premium CT customers.

    • Develop training material for regional team including Field Application Specialist and Clinical Sales Specilists. Host regular global calls to collect feedback on released features and improvement opportunities.

    • Provide clinical support to global marketing team for clinical image gallery, case studies and product shows.

    Required Qualifications

    • Associates degree in Radiological Sciences or Radiological Technology.

    • At least 10 years experiences with CT scanners and CT image post processing applications.

    • Willingness to live and work in the Greater Milwaukee area in US.

    • Strong leadership with interpersonal skills

    • Coming in with a Growth Mindset

    • Must be authorized to work in US.

    Desired Characteristics

    • Bachelor's degree in medical imaging or imaging physics related field, with demonstrated knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

    • Hands on experience with CT imaging technologies and advanced CT applications such as perfusion, cardiovascular and dual energy spectral CT, .

    • Ability to understand and speak technical languages specific to CT imaging technology, to read through engineering design documents and work effectively with engineering teams.

    • Strong technical and/or clinical writing skills demonstrated in the form of grants, publications and/or technical reports.

    • Experience with integrating user centered design concepts to product.

    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with accountability for deliverables.

    • Strong quality mindset, Six Sigma green belt certified.

    • Strong customer focus, with adaptability to changing user demands and requirement, and with strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers.
