    About the Role

    The Project Management Office ( PMO) Manager is responsible for driving positive project delivery outcomes in the US and Latin America. This critical role will provide daily direction to a team of project managers throughout the project planning, execution, and delivery phases to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of PMO services. This role will also lead IT SOX activities ensuring ChemTreat complies with rules and regulations

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop, maintain and implement ChemTreat's strategic plan for North and Latin America PMO services, inclusive of high-level road maps and detailed action plans

    • Lead Veralto Enterprise System (VES activities (e.g., Daily Management, PSPs, etc.) and prepare for assessments and audits, ensuring PMO team members are trained on VES processes and tools

    • Provide oversight, high-level coordination and manage the program project portfolio, ensuring each project is properly staffed and proceeding as planned

    • Oversee IT project delivery from initiation to completion, inclusive of developing detailed project plans, identifying deadlines and resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget

    • Plan and conduct North and Latin America PMO program reviews, ensuring senior management is kept abreast of major project statuses, accomplishments, risks, issues and next steps

    • Provide daily direction and guidance to Project Managers

    • Facilitate the IT project prioritization process with business stakeholders

    • Ensure all IT projects comply with SOX rules and regulations

    • Develop and deliver PMO training (e.g., processes, tools, templates, etc.) to Project Managers and stakeholders (business and IT)

    • Create and deliver project, program and portfolio reports and dashboards for senior management

    • Ensure ChemTreat's IT and business processes comply with federal SOX regulations and internal (e.g., Veralto, Water Quality) SOX standards, policies, and procedures

    • Oversee and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual standard work (e.g., Quarterly Access Review, etc.) to support IT SOX controls and policies

    • Maintain IT SOX controls documentation (e.g., standard work, policies, etc.)

    • Prepare for and participate in IT SOX external audit reviews

    • Provide training and guidance on IT SOX compliance to business and IT stakeholders

    • Support the IT SOX controls testing process and implement recommendations

    • Assist in the remediation of IT SOX control deficiencies and monitor the implementation of corrective actions

    • Prepare reports on the status of IT SOX compliance for management (e.g., IT , Finance, etc.)

    • Perform contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and associated costs to ensure on time delivery of PMO services

    • Oversee and guide 3rd party vendors on PMO professional service

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred

    • 5+ years hands-on IT project management experience

    • 2+ years people management experience

    • Technical knowledge across a range of IT functions (e.g., application development, infrastructure, data warehousing, business intelligence, vendor management, etc.)

    • Familiar with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, etc.)

    • Budget, cost, and profitability management skills

    • Flexible, adaptable and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables

    • Demonstrated leadership ability to establish and manage a high-performance team

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

    The compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
