    Position Summary

    Based Globally, the Trade Compliance Analyst supports compliance results through analysis of trade data, knowledge or trade regulations and collaboration with functional leaders and teams across the company while delivering customer service.

    Responsibilities

    Universal Accountabilities

    • Leads with oversight trade compliance activities and ensures administrative requirements and data are met

    • Communicates with internal stakeholders' trade requirements they are required to know and use in the execution of their business

    • Support the organization in the implementation of compliance processes, procedures, and tools by embedding compliance requirements, as necessary

    • Leads with oversight the organization's implementation of trade compliance best practices

    Specific Accountabilities

    • Develops enterprise-wide global trade compliance metrics; disseminates tailored Power BI dashboards to key functional stakeholders

    • Execute analysis and prepares Customs valuation adjustments related to Transfer Price Adjustments-globally

    • Identifies process inefficiencies, compliance risk or redundant work and develops automated or semi-automated solutions to mitigate risk and improve efficiency

    • Performs global classification of finished goods and raw materials, and equipment transfers

    • Ensure updates are made and maintained in all applicable systems

    • Resolve data quality concerns by investigating data issues, extracting examples of potential data quality deficiencies, and working with business owners to resolve them

    • May also perform additional duties as assigned

    What we are looking for

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 2-4 years international/trade compliance experience

    • Knowledge of Trade Compliance and the effects of trade compliance activities across responsible areas

    • Experience with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)/Harmonized System (HS) classifications

    • Written and verbal fluency in English

    • Proficient in Excel

    What we prefer

    • Experience with Global Trade Management Systems

    • Experience with Data Visualization Tools (i.e., PowerBI)
