    The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating customer requirements into a wide variety of visually appealing graphics products. These products vary in complexity of design and production and may include: high-quality designed environmental exhibits, posters, brochures, publications, infographics, branding, digitally-generated portraits, Digital signage, original artwork, briefing presentations, interactive PDFs and engravings and 3D printing. The designer should be capable of providing reliable, accurate, state-of-the-art multimedia support essential to ensuring that all customers are able to communicate mission goals and objectives most effectively. The designer will be able to manage several projects at once, using industry standard Graphic Design tools (Apple hardware and peripherals, Adobe software). He/she must be able to conduct basic digital press and large format printing functions, as well as print production and binding equipment. He/she must be able to communicate effectively and directly with customers, coworkers and senior leadership.

    What You'll Get to Do:

    • Ensure all produced work promotes the company's brand and consistently reflects the corporate visual identity

    • Take ownership of your assignments, ensuring all collateral are produced with excellent quality, accuracy, efficiency and on deadline

    • Coordinate assignments between marketing professionals, writers, graphic artists, leadership, and clients

    • Collaborate with a variety of teams

    • Lead creative planning sessions to conceptualize unique visuals

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • At least 5+ years of experience in highly creative visual design work for print and digital marketing through ads, logos, strategic campaigns, social media, presentations, tradeshows, collateral materials, multi-media, animation, motion graphics

    • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

    • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills

    • Solid web design and UX/UI experience

    • Experience creating interactive multi-media presentations

    • Thorough understanding of marketing strategy and experience with strategic marketing campaigns

    • Ability to create effective and clever designs/storyboards that convey creative concepts

    • Experience working with SMEs and business leads to understand their requirements and present creative concepts

    • Highly organized with ability to successfully run multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with little supervision

    • Team play to engage productively with other marketing and business professionals

    • Currency with the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising

    • Experience capturing dynamic, high-quality photos and videos

    • Understanding the use of colors, print production, and copyrighted materials

    • Prior experience in government/defense industry is a plus!

    The proposed salary range for this position is

    $67,100-$141,000
