    Job Description:

    Under the direction of the Patient Access Supervisor or Manager Volunteer Services, coordinate the flow of patients and visitors that present to the facility. Respond to verbal customer inquiries about routine basic information including but not limited to directions to the point of service, visitation, and privacy.

    Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

    HS diploma or GED. One year customer service experience in a hospital/medical facility required.

    For non-clinical positions and nursing support positions, internal and external applicants must have the core competencies and sufficient work experience to perform in the per diem position for which they are applying.

    $16.42-$24.49 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
