Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Compliance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a deep understanding of compliance regulations and standards.

Essential Functions

• Ensure that all electrical systems and products meet compliance regulations and standards

• Develop and implement compliance testing procedures

• Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product development lifecycle

• Stay up to date with changes in regulations and standards and adjust compliance procedures accordingly

• Provide guidance and support to other teams on compliance-related matters

• Support risk analysis activities, including risk management plans, hazard analysis, FMEA, and risk management reports

Requirements:

Required & Preferred Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware compliance engineering

• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and standards, including, but not limited to EN\IEC 61000, IEC 61010

• Knowledge of EMC/EMI mitigation techniques

• Experience developing and implementing compliance testing procedures

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
