    POSITION SUMMARY :

    The Head of HCP Marketing, Dermatology will be responsible for the development, execution and performance of the Dermatology strategy across all indications for HCPs in Dermatology. This role will work closely with the Global Brand team and cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP marketing team. This role includes providing strategic leadership of the Dermatology marketing team. This individual will report to the Head of Marketing for the Dermatology franchise.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own the development, execution and performance of a holistic dermatology strategy inclusive of all indications across HCPs in Dermatology.

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the US Dupixent HCP brand team to enable development, alignment and execution of strategy across all current (AD & PN) and future Dermatology indications.

    • Lead development of HCP competitive strategy to address current and future competitors.

    • Key strategic partner with the Global team to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP marketing team.

    • Key strategic partner with the US medical, TLL and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP marketing team.

    • Accountable for agency relationship to drive value, innovation and impact to support HCP strategy while maintaining a critical lens on expense.

    • Lead strategic alignment of Dermatology HCP strategy for Allergist for current and future Dermatology indications.

    • Clearly communicate and champion Dupixent brand strategy with key stakeholders internally and across the alliance.

    About you

    Experience:

    • Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on omnichannel strategy, franchise management, and business transformation.

    • Dermatology launch experience with a deep understanding of the current landscape. Demonstrated experience in the US pharma and access environment.

    • Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.

    Soft and technical skills:

    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.

    • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.

    • Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
