    Insight Global Health is looking for a talented Help Desk Technician in the Aliso Viejo, CA area. This technician will be working within a corporate office supporting 30 healthcare facilities nationwide. They will be provisioning machines (PCs, laptops, iPods, & iPads) for users at the various sites and coordinate the replacement of old machines. They will also be responsible for providing phone support to different sites for new equipment and ensuring the old machines are sent back to the corporate office. Imaging new machines, doing an intake of all equipment, and conducting inventory will be required as needed. Hours are M-F from 8 AM - 5 PM.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PC, Desktop Support, or Help Desk, role

    • Experience provisioning equipment (laptops, PCs, Chromebooks, & IOS-based devices, such as iPhones and iPads)

    • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Desktop Administration and Office Applications - Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management)

    • Experience with Android devices

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills null
