    Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring part-time Heritage Hall Ambassadors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Heritage Hall Ambassador you will be responsible for serving as a point of contact for guests. If you have a strong passion for the Boston Bruins and the city of Boston, join our team today!

    $17.00 - $17.00 / hour

    Responsibilities

    • Greet guests at the door with enthusiasm and checkthem in

    • Operate various interactive displays, such as the alumni theater, sports simulator, game table, augmented reality try-on, and broadcaster areas

    • Assist guests in all areas of the exhibit whileproviding excellent service

    • Work the box office desk as needed with the tour guides

    • Ensure safety and security protocols are in place

    Qualifications

    • Customer service experience required

    • Associates must be able to provide their own transportation and parking costs to/from work

    • Weekday availability from 10 am - 5 pm is preferred, noting the Museum is open Monday - Sunday Occasional hours may be required for special events, preparation for exhibit openings, etc.

    • Public speaking experience preferred

    • Basic knowledge of Boston history and Boston sports preferred

    Physical Requirements

    • Requires extended periods of standing and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
