  • HOA Concierge Security Officer

    Requirements for this role:

    1. 3+ years prior Concierge experience only

    2. 5+ years residential Customer Service experience

    3. lift up to 40 lbs.

    4. Microsoft 360 proficient

    5. Experienced with Time management and resource management

    6. Business Professional Attire

    7. Proven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors and internal departments

    8. Associate or Bachelor's degree Required in profession

    9. Phone etiquette

    10. Access Control proficient

    11. Understanding of Digital Logbook: Packages, Events, Incidents, and Vendors

    12. Experience with KeySmart lockbox

    13. Frontline SIA license holder

    14. Experience of working within a regulated area

    15. Sorting post, franking post, receive and dispatch post, ensure the courier dispatch log is completed accurately, book last minute courier request and complete end of day manifest for specific courier

    16. Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language

    17. Must be available to work, varied shifts and flexible schedules

    18. As a seasonal property, long hours during peak periods sometimes required

    19. Able to reach, lift, carry, push, pull, grasp, manipulate or otherwise move objects 20. Light work standing and walking frequently for up to entire work shift
