Our client is currently seeking an HR Office Manager to enhance our team dynamics, streamline operations, and support our executive functions.

    Job Summary: The HR Office Manager will be a central figure in managing and facilitating their office operations and HR responsibilities. This role requires a self-starter and multi-tasker with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between various departments, notably finance and sales, and provide direct support to the CEO.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement HR strategies that support business objectives, foster a positive work environment, and ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

    • Manage the CEO's scheduling and coordinating, ensuring efficient allocation of the executive's time and support in executing business plans.

    • Take ownership of office operations, ensuring all processes are aligned with company goals. Handle due diligence for business initiatives and coordinate effectively across teams.

    • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts within the office, ensuring a harmonious work environment and maintaining professional internal communications.

    • Assist in the formulation and execution of business strategies, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

    • Serve as a liaison between the finance and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation across departments.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR or office management, preferably in a small business setting.

    • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and best practices.

    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work proactively, anticipate needs, and provide solutions-focused approaches to challenges.

    • Competency in using MS Office applications and HR software.
