    SUMMARY:

    The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing Human Resources support to assigned functional areas of the HR Department for the Company. Principally responsible for the monitoring and first point of contact for I-9 and E-Verify Program. This role provides administrative support to human resources function as needed including auditing, data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Monitors I-9 and E-Verify program to ensure an I-9 and E-Verify completeness and accuracy for all new hires and rehires to ensure employment eligibility following federal and state requirements, including all supporting documentation.

    Track and monitor the maintenance, compliance, and auditing of the Form I-9 and E- Verify for all employees and identify any exceptions.

    Monitoring and responding to emails in the I-9 Anywhere mailbox, HR mailbox and HR Group distribution list on a daily basis.

    Assist field personnel with inquiries regarding validity of I-9 supporting documentation and procedural questions.

    Monitor exception I-9 exception reporting and notify field personnel of non-compliant I-9's following appropriate procedures.

    Monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolutions for all E-Verify cases to bring to closure, along with weekly notification to the field for closure of identified open cases.

    Notify and coach field personnel on I-9 and E-Verify requirements and processing to completion.

    Assist with training new and current staff employees on the I-9 and E-Verify program.

    Issue credentials to I-9 Management system to trained and approved staff individuals and/or employer agents.

    Attend weekly internal departmental staff meetings and weekly one-on-one meeting with supervisor, and weekly team meeting.

    SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

    Generate additional correspondence as required and perform other clerical functions.

    Participates in audits of HR processes on an as needed basis.

    Completes HR project work as assigned by Human Resources Manager.

    Prepares files and boxes (indexing according to established procedure) to ship to off-site storage facility for retention.

    Audit entries as needed into ADP Enterprise HR EV5.

    Other duties assigned as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Preferred 2 to 3 years prior experience in a HR environment.

    Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

    Ability to maintain a high-level customer service skills and confidentiality.

    Excellent verbal, written communication, data entry skills and high attention to detail required.

    Ability to adapt to the work environment and manage competing demands.

    Proficient in MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

    Able to effectively prioritize and address multiple items.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify requirements and high volume, transaction and time- sensitive processing a plus.

    Prior work experience in Professional or Staffing Services Human Resources, Recruiting or role responsible for onboarding

    Experience with ADP Systems or EV5
