    Full-service, global provider of solutions for food ordering and digital menus is seeking an Implementation Analyst for an onsite opportunity in Charlotte, North Carolina.

    Resource will provide front line support in a conversion to ensure client functionality is properly selected to meet clients specification and expectations resulting in a fully successful implementation.

    Contract Duration: 12 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Restaurant experience required such as the following: Restaurant operations, Restaurant Information Technology, and Restaurant Installations (hardware and software)

    • Relevant experience or degree in: Major in Business or Computer Science preferred, other majors considered. Willing to accept additional experience in lieu of degree.

    • Minimum 4 years related experience.

    • Experience in POS system integration, implementations, and conversions preferred.

    • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

    • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

    • Ability to manage priorities in a matrix managed environment.

    • Demonstrates the ability to stay on task and lead to results, maintain scope, and negotiate between differing objectives to arrive at consensus within timeframes given.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree.

    • Restaurant Experience - Quick Service, Table Server, Bartender, Restaurant Management.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Daily Responsibilities

    • Sets up and installs technical systems, applications, or process designs for client's/company's outsourced technology and business process solutions.

    • Works directly with client to manage initial access.

    • Supports data map and transfer data, including database setup of such things as products, menus, inventory, integrations, and configuration.

    • Created required process documents.

    • Trains or coordinates training for client users.

    • Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.

    • Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to other product and system integration teams for resolutions, where appropriate.

    • Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.

    • Works directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely. 50% travel estimated.
