    Job Description

    As a Trainer you will be part of the North America Learning Services team. As part of your day-to-day you will be facilitating learning experiences for adult learners, teaching customers, partners, and colleagues the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in using and/or implementing the Sage Intacct product. You will build expertise in the product's features and functions, as well as how to troubleshoot customers' and partners' common inquiries. To thrive in this role aptitude to learn is a must as well as having the ability to explain technical concepts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality product training to Sage Intacct customers, business partners, and colleagues in a virtual and/or live classroom environment

    • Test and evaluate students' participation and comprehension as required for successful course completion

    • Adopt and adhere to relevant global and regional processes and standards

    • Partners with team to provide regular insights and feedback to ensure successful course delivery.

    • Demonstrates initiative in solving problems within assigned tasks and courses with a customer-centric focus

    • Supports Customer Services and Learning Services with projects or coverage as needed

    • Generates innovative solutions, process improvements and goals within minimal guidance

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience delivering, and facilitating training to adults.

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in adult technical training

    • Knowledge and application of adult learning theory

    • Demonstrated strong proficiency of facilitation, engagement and classroom management skills when training

    • Foundation in accounting or experience in accounting work is a plus!
