    Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug very complex Oracle Forms, Java and database applications.

This role requires that you be technically curious with a strong desire to understand how things are built and work. This role also requires a forward-thinking openness to new technologies and approaches while remaining vigilantly focused on regulatory strength and maximum availability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures

    • Provide expertise in the development of new products / services / processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.

    • Perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing, and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

    • Drive a customer-first culture that keeps the customer at the forefront of decision making

    • Lead a holistic and integrated approach to providing data integrity, information confidentiality, and service availability.

    • Define and monitor performance indicators.

    Ideal Experience

    • BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

    • 3+ years of in-depth knowledge of Core Java and J2EE development

    • 3+ years of experience SQL and Oracle PL/SQL

    • Experience in REST APIs and JavaScript- based UI development

    • Relational Database knowledge is advantageous

    • Good knowledge and experience in architecture and designing of complex applications

    • Experience designing solutions with security and high performing applications

    • Experience in architecture, engineering, deployment, and operational management

    • Strong technical acumen; creativity; interpersonal skills; emotional intelligence

    • Knowledge of common web application and mobile frameworks

    • Demonstrated expertise in bringing applications to Cloud (optional)

    US: Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
