Proficient with using Waters Empower CDS Software as a user

Experience with New Genesis SDM

Proficient with creating SOP's

GMP Experience

Experience with ServiceNow

Skills and Requirements

Pharma Background A large pharmaceutical client is looking for an Enterprise Lab Systems Analyst to join the team in Rensselaer, NY. This person primary responsibilities will be for the Empower CDS application. We are looking for experienced system admins to support user requests, troubleshoot/ resolve application issues, and perform preventive maintenance. This resource will answer around 40 tickets per week using Service Now, assisting with user login issues and software issues. This person will assist with change control by complying with Gmp standards. This person will work with preventative maintenance for monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually to complete tasks on the application. This person will work with the team to schedule their shift times, as the team's shared responsibility is to have full support between 6am EST and 6pm EST. This person will work cross functionally with the lab and validation department. null
