responsibilities

• Process incoming inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring traceability and proper storage.

• Maintain laboratory and pilot plant equipment through cleaning, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair.

• Uphold laboratory cleanliness, organization, and stocking of supplies, including glassware and countertops.

• Prepare syrups and beverages according to mixing instructions and guidance from product developers and scientists.

• Record data from analyses, calibrations, maintenance, cleaning, and experiments in a computer log book or laboratory notebook.

• Identify, classify, maintain, and protect files, documentation, and sensitive information in accordance with record handling and retention requirements.

• Perform general maintenance on figals and dispensing equipment for carbonated beverage production, including cleaning, sanitizing, and changing valves, seals, and gaskets.
