salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform final fabrication, assembly, and testing on production products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Manufacture and configure complete systems and sub-assemblies.

• Assess and repair customer parts and systems in coordination with the sales team and engineering staff, providing accurate estimates and solutions.

• Handle intermediate tasks such as warehouse organization, inventory counting, and grinding/polishing to support production activities.

• Demonstrate expertise in the assigned area of work, providing feedback on production processes, product improvements, and feasibility of field repairs when needed.

• High standard of quality for personal work required.

• Must be mechanically inclined.
