  • Job Description

    A client of Insight Global's is looking to hire a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. Our client is providing mental health outpatient services to adolescents ages 13-17 who have experienced trauma, abuse, adoption, divorce, or loss. The ideal candidate will have an active LMFT, LCSW or LMHC license or ability to obtain. This position will be onsite in Kissimmee, FL and will visit facility in St. Cloud, FL 1x per week for approximately 1 hour for group sessions at their community center. Daily you will be responsible for:

    - Maintain a case load of 8-10 patients and providing individual, family and group therapy sessions.

    - Engage with patients and their family to build rapport and trust.

    - Conduct clinical assessments, create treatment plans and track progress.

    - Complete documentation on sessions weekly.

    Skills and Requirements

    - Professional and hard working

    - Ability to go onsite in Kissimmee, FL

    - 0-5+ years of experience as a LMFT, LCSW or LMHC (preference on LMFT)

    o MHC we are able to supervise!

    - Adolescent experience - Trauma certification

    - Adoption certification- Reaction Attachment Certification

    - Residential, academic, and clinical experience null
