Logistics Associate

Kelly is hiring a Logistics Associate for one of our clients in Philadelphia PA

• 8am-5pm M-F

• Temp to perm (conversion around 6 months based on performance)

• Onsite

• Pay:$21/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Logistics generating work orders and picks

• Freight experience, following up with carriers

• communication with carriers/customers arranging pick ups

• Excel experience/Power BI preferred

• Experience working with WMS. Ex: NHBA & SAP

• To review and generate orders based on plan dates and product availability

• To engage with material handlers & shipping when barriers arise with orders

• Work with customer service to ensure order accuracy and adjust as needed

• Communicate through email with various departments

Qualifications

Associate degree in business or related field/ Some College

Ability to successfully communication across multiple departments

Experience with Microsoft programs. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task

Ability to comprehend complex information or instructions, interpret and convey in information in a written or oral format.

Communication and engaging with multiple departments and employees.

Proficient in Microsoft Programs

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Experience with WMS

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Ability to communicate through email and Microsoft teams

Logistics & Freight experience
