Provides direct personal care to residents in all activities of daily living as

prescribed by the philosophies, standards, policies and procedures of the facility.

Every weekend Sat/Sun 7p-7a

Position Requirements:

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Licensed Practical Nurse

Education: Vocational/Specialized Training, Communication skills HS Diploma or

Equivalent

Experience: Previous experience is preferred but not required

Special Qualifications: Must demonstrate behavior consistent with St. Mary's code of
