LVN - Overnight Pediatrics Nurse (PDN)

Salary: $35-40 / hr

Maxim Healthcare in Emeryville is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in the following areas: Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, and Novato.

Positions are Private Duty- 1:1 Patient to Nurse ratio.

Available shifts

Novato - Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am

Sebastopol - Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am

Santa Rosa - Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:00am

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.

• Minimum 1 year experience

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.
