    Integrates, validates, and debugs software across the stack for a specific product, platform, feature, or technology. Designs and develops a software validation environment, the integration, and the enabling of the software stack. Responsible for the creation of validation plans, automation, associated methodologies, and triage and debugging of failures. Writes validation standards and procedures, analyzes the results to ensure correct functionality, triages failures, and recommends or develops corrective action. Assesses the state of the art and employs new methods to improve quality, automation, and product release efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Either 1) a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or similar) with a minimum of 2 years of experience or 2) a Master's degree in Computer Science (or similar)

    • Excellent programming skills in at least one of the following: C/C++, C#, Python

    • Experience developing and/or validating software in Windows OS

    • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and switch between them quickly to meet prioritized business needs

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Continuous Integration practices

    • Experience with Agile methodologies

    • Knowledge of Intel mobile platform architecture, CPU/PCH architecture.

    Working Model

    This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
