Machine Operator

Description:

Candidate is running a smaller piece of equipment and compressing the ring into the plastic. They also will do quality checks (using a small gauge) to make sure they are in tolerance and accurate. This is a basic machine operator role. Candidates just need to keep the machine running, load the materials and check quality per certain number of parts produced. It is fast paced.

Ring Seater- put the support rings and plastic pieces together (attaching the two)

Keep machines running

QC- excel and use drop gauge to measure seating height and visual inspection.

Clear jambs

Minor service- greasing/monitoring/minor changes
