Ability to be trained tosetup, adjust, load, off load, and operate Fine Grind equipment. Relieve fellow workers as directed to support continuous operation of equipment.

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

• Maintain machine utilization and improve processes throughout the machine room on a daily basis.

• Reports to shift supervisor for overall operations.

• Assist in training of new coworkers.

• Maintain department equipment

• Ability to be trained tosetup, adjust, load, off load, and operate Fine Grind equipment

• Relieve fellow workers as directed to support continuous operation of equipment.

• Maintain schedule for coolant changes of machines along with daily coolant consistency checks.

• Report to shift supervisor; materials needed to maintain daily production needs

• Follow written and/or oral schedules

• Work to instructions as provided

• Practice good housekeeping and safety habits

• Perform other related duties as assigned by shift supervisor.

• Assists Process Engineering, Tool Engineering, Maintenance, etc. with tooling, sample work and equipment problems as necessary.

Available shifts

Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening) & 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements

• Manufacturing production machinery experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to multitask, show flexibility, and have great attention to detail

• Candidates are preferred to have knowledge of machine room processes.
