Description :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.

2. Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

3. Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs.

4. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.

5. Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments to correct them.

6. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

7. Maintain accurate production records, including production counts, downtime, and quality checks.

8. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.
